Once delivered, the Products ordered will become your responsibility and, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. Exemptions to this are products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered. Where the packaging is not intact, or seals of packaging have been broken it is your responsibility to refuse delivery of such items. Once you have accepted delivery of an item, we will assume you did so on the basis of the packaging and outer seals remaining intact. Thus, at our discretion we may resolve enquiries where outer packaging is damaged out of goodwill but we are not liable to accept claims for missing or damaged items in transit if the cause is deemed to be damaged packaging during transit.

Due to Covid-19 and the health risks associated with returning packages and products, we are currently taking returns on a case-by-case basis. Please email our team with your reasons for returning and full product condition and we will update you as soon as possible.
